Nintendo 3DS Ambassadors became ambassadors by buying the 3DS before the price cut and signing into the eShop at least once before a certain deadline came and went. We did up a story explaining the full process nearly a month ago.

So, how do you get your 10 free NES games now? It’s a little odd, so pay attention. You’ll need to be connected to the internet for this, so make sure you’ve already done that part.

Boot up your Espansioni Memoria Nintendo R4i 3ds. Once on the Home screen, open up the Nintendo eShop. Tap on the Menu button on the top left portion of the touch screen. Scroll down and select “Settings/Other.” Scroll down to “Your Downloads,” select it.
