Play PSP Online

Your PSP is able to access free wireless internet  and hopefully this article can help you!

If you’re ready, we’ll get started .

Resources-You will need some equipment  in order to get your PSP online. You will definitely need to have some wireless internet signals nearby. There are many different place where these signals can be picked up-from Starbucks to the car  park of your local hotel. The PSP wireless works on 802.11b format, a very common format worldwide, so it is unlikely that you will run into problems. Virtually any kind of wireless internet will do. You will need a copy of Wipeout pure as well.

First: Switch the PSP on and navigate to the System Menu. Go from there to Network Settings and Infrastructure mode. As soon as you have done this, you need to find a connection to edit. If you find a connection already set up, this is the one to choose to Edit. Don’t alter the name of the profile, and also leave the WLAN settings alone if they are already set.

Next: Go into Address Settings and click on Custom. The one thing you must be sure not to do is change IP Address Setting from Automatic. This could result in serious difficulties.

Next:  Now go into DNS Setting and click on Manual. The web gateway address will now need to be entered. The most often used web gateway is at Endgadget, so use the numbers for the Primary DNS IP, and leave the secondary one as zeros ( This gateway should work for you, but if it doesn’t, there are plenty more, so do a search with your favourite search engine.

Next: Go into the Proxy Server options and select Do Not Use. All you need to do once you are there is confirm it all, and then save it by pressing the X button when it prompts you to do so.

And the last: Launch Wipeout Pure in the normal way, and go into the downloads menu. At thios point you will be asked to choose a connection, so choose the one you’ve been working with, and you should see the Endgadget screen. You have now accessed a functioning web browser, and you should be able to play PSP online for as long as you choose!

That’s how to play PSP online!  Provided you can find the resources you need, there is great benefit in having your PSP able to connect to the internet!
