2012/2013 is looking to be a great year for new releases; however, there are currently 10 titles that really catch our attention at the moment. While so many great games have already been launched this year mainly: Spec Ops: The Line, Lollipop Chainsaw, Starhawk, Dragon’s Dogma, Diablo 3, Max Payne 3, and The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition, to mention a few… We are looking towards the future at the 10 games we would love to play right now!

I would like to mention that I personally would love to get my hands on the full version of the below mentioned titles right now and not just the demo version. So, without further delay, and in no particular order, here are 10 future releases that we cannot wait for!

Hitman: Absolution
We have all seen gameplay demos of Hitman: Absolution; however this is one title that we simply just need to play… like right now! I mean, who wants to sit around and watch while Agent 47 is being played by someone else in a gameplay video?

Hitman: Absolution is an upcoming stealth game being developed by IO Interactive and published by Square Enix. It is the fifth entry in the Hitman game series, and will run on IO Interactive's proprietary Glacier 2 game engine.

Resident Evil 6
While Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City was a bit of a flop; Resident Evil 6 is looking rather promising when it comes to the survival horror genre.

In a first for the franchise, Resident Evil 6 sees series favourites Leon and Chris come together to face this unprecedented threat. They will be joined by new characters, each with their own unique perspective and involvement, in this relentless dramatic horror experience enacted on a global scale

Tomb Raider
The very first game I ever played on the Sega Saturn gaming console was the original Tomb Raider. While I was still very wet behind the ears when it came to gaming, I knew that from that moment on, I was born to be involved in the gaming industry no matter what.

Tomb Raider explores the intense and gritty origin story of Lara Croft and her ascent from a frightened young woman to a hardened survivor. Armed only with raw instincts and the ability to push beyond the limits of human endurance, Lara must fight to unravel the dark history of a forgotten island to escape its relentless hold.

Assassin’s Creed 3

Assassin’s Creed has always intrigued the team at www.itfgaming.com, which is why it is one of the titles in the long list of gaming releases that we would really dig to get our hands on right now!

The year is 1775. The American colonies are about to revolt. You are Connor, an assassin who has sworn to secure liberty for his people and his nation. To do so, you will hunt your enemies across a staggeringly large, open, and realistic world. You will unleash your lethal skills in a violent quest that will take you from chaotic city streets to blood-soaked battlefields in the hostile American wilderness and beyond. You will meet legendary heroes of American history, and together you will conspire to annihilate those who threaten Liberty itself.

Whether you use your predatory instincts to kill silently, or your fearsome arsenal to kill openly, one thing is clear: the world that the Assassins live in has become far more deadly. And so have you.

Dead Space 3
Another title that needs to be mentioned is Dead Space 3! While I took my sweet time playing through the first 2 Dead Space titles, due to the lack of toilet paper and fear of rocking myself to sleep in the corner, Dead Space 3 is one title that is definitely on our radar when it comes to the game release schedule.

Set out on a thrilling expedition across space. Isaac will face his biggest challenges yet as he pushes himself to the limit in order to find the true source of the Necromorph plague. Race across the universe, overcome the ice planet's terrors, and take down some of the biggest enemies in Dead Space as you discover the secret of the Necromorph terror.

South Park: The Stick of Truth
South Park has always been one show that has managed to pretty much insult every single subject known to man, which is why we are really looking forward to South Park: The Stick of Truth!

From the perilous battlefields of the fourth-grade playground, a young hero will rise, destined to be SouthPark's saviour. From the creators of SouthPark, Trey Parker and Matt Stone, comes an epic quest to become… cool.

You begin as the new kid in town facing a harrowing challenge: making friends. As you start your quest the children of SouthPark are embroiled in a city-wide, live-action-role-playing game, casting imaginary spells and swinging fake swords. Over time the simple children's game escalates into a battle of good and evil that threatens to consume the world.

Arm yourself with weapons of legend to defeat crab people, underpants gnomes, hippies and other forces of evil. Discover the lost Stick of Truth and earn your place at the side of Stan, Kyle, Cartman and Kenny as their new friend. Succeed, and you shall be SouthPark's saviour, cementing your social status in South Park Elementary. Fail and you will forever be known… as a loser.

Gears of War: Judgement
The Gears of War franchise has always had the ability to immerse gamers when it came to its thrilling storyline, intense gameplay and stunning visuals. However, is it a title that you need to get your hands on right now? From what we have seen so far… the answer is yes!

Gears of War: Judgement takes you back before events of the original Gears of War trilogy to the immediate aftermath of Emergence Day. Follow Kilo Squad, led by Damon Baird and Augustus “The Cole Train” Cole, as they fight to save the city of Halvo Bay from an unstoppable enemy.

Grand Theft Auto V
GTA V has been on the lips of many gamers over the past few months; however when it comes to the actual game, Rockstar has been pretty tight lipped when it comes to its latest instalment in the series. This is why it is one game that we just cannot wait for!

According to Rockstar, “GTA V is heading in a bold new direction in open-world freedom, storytelling, mission-based gameplay and online multiplayer, Grand Theft Auto V focuses on the pursuit of the almighty dollar in a re-imagined, present day Southern California.”

BioShock: Infinite
One of the biggest highlights featured at E3 2011 was BioShock: Infinite. While BioShock 2 introduced gamers to improved gameplay and a rather in-depth and intriguing storyline… we cannot wait to see what the development team has in store for us this time around.

BioShock: Infinite is set in 1912, the player assumes the role of former Pinkerton agent Booker DeWitt, who is sent to Columbia to rescue Elizabeth, a young woman imprisoned there since childhood. He develops a relationship with Elizabeth, augmenting his abilities with hers so they may escape from a city literally falling from the sky. DeWitt learns to fight foes in high-speed Sky-Line battles, engage in combat both indoors and amongst the clouds, and harnesses the power of dozens of new weapons and abilities.

Borderlands 2
The first Borderlands title was undoubtedly a title that was truly satisfying to play. It offered up some great visual appeal, superb sound and phenomenal character customisation, which is why this one title that needed to grace the list of 10 games we would love to play right now!

Borderlands 2 furthers the distinct blending of First Person Shooter and Role Playing genres to create the true evolution of the Role Playing Shooter. Team up with up to three other players for four-player online goodness or go old-school with two-player split-screen couch sharing mayhem as you spend hours levelling up your character and equipping them with one of the millions of badass weapons. Additionally, Borderlands 2 features a new visually stunning array of procedurally generated guns, shields, grenades, artifacts, enemies and more. Choose one of the four new character classes to be taken through a carefully crafted and connected story to all new and surprising environments across the living planet of Pandora. Make new friends, arm them to the teeth and fight alongside them on your relentless quest for revenge and redemption.

While there are only 10 titles within this article, there are still plenty more titles that we are looking forward to; however, to end things off I would like to ask the following:

When it comes to currently released titles, what are you still dying to play?
When it comes to upcoming releases, which games would you like to play right now?
